sick and much more(accounts are wildly conflicting and highly untrustworthy)

Patient History : The subject was born and raised in a commune somewhere in the mountains of Vermont. His parentage is, as of the present, still in dispute. He was named after a character in a fantasy novel and no surname was given. Apparently the members of the commune (cult may well be the more apt term) believed him to be a sort of prophet and attributed many miraculous powers to the boy. He had quite an unorthodox childhood, enjoying a position of power and unlimited freedom. There was a distinct lack of role models and when the commune was shut down (when the subject was eleven), child abuse, neglect, and sexual relations with a minor were just some of the charges set against former members in regards to the subject.
He was placed in foster care and given the name of Bernard Green after being taken into the state’s custody. Problems immediately ensued. His first guardian tried to drown him, claiming he was the anti-christ and stating, “I never asked to live with Carrie. Get the [expletive deleted] kid out of my house.” The string of homes that followed proved to be no improvement and he was eventually put in a state run facility after having run away far too many times.
The subject still ran away a few times and was traced to both Boston and New York where he spent some time living on the streets. Attempts were made to set him up to live independently but he has shown a lack of interest in holding a job or dealing with everyday situations. He was discharged from his most recent facility after having sexual relations with the head doctor, several nurses, and a janitor. He believes very strongly in the freedoms of the individual and will argue about it quite passionately. Any attempts to curtail or regulate his behavior result in a severe backlash (and, in many cases, bizarre accidents, often of a harmful nature, befalling the person who tried to control him.)
Personality: The subject is entirely self centered and egotistical. He is highly intelligent but also highly lazy and very few of his plans normally come into fruition unless he really focuses. When he makes friends he expects undying loyalty and gives it back as he sees fit. Other people are things to be used solely for his benefit. He will attempt to flirt with anything that moves regardless of gender or marital status. (He cannot stand the name Bernard and will tell people on no uncertain terms that his name is Beren.) He also speaks fluent French.
Doctor's Notes : (After his initial examination upon being taken into custody) “He is a smart boy and will no doubt settle down into a normal pre-adolescent lifestyle quickly. He exhibits some characteristics of ADHD but that can be solved through medication. All tales of supernatural abilities were clearly exaggerated and are not to be taken seriously considering their background. The only real problem may lie within his abnormally high level of self confidence. He takes no notice of others or their advice and does whatever he wishes, regardless.”
(Upon being thrown out of his previous care facility) “There is very little that can be done for him and the institute really is his last chance in our minds. He is a physically and mentally fit individual and cannot remain in state care forever. However, it is out opinion that if he were abandoned into the world at large at this time he would be a danger to himself and possibly other members of society. His drug use and insistence in ‘free love’ would see to that. We are loath to do so but we must ‘wash our hands’ of him.”
